BIOGRAPHY

Shane Horgan is the former Leinster, Ireland and British & Irish Lions rugby international.

A prominent member in two of Leinster Rugby’s European Cup winning teams he remains Leinster’s all-time leading try scorer. He represented Ireland 68 times, winning three Triple Crowns and featuring at two Rugby World Cups. Last year, Shane was inducted into the Irish Rugby ‘Hall of Fame’.

Based in London, Shane is a qualified solicitor and now Managing Director of Soccer Aid Productions, the company behind the world’s biggest charity football match – Soccer Aid for UNICEF.

Shane also works as a rugby analyst for Virgin Media, BBC Radio 5-Live and Second Captains as well as writing for The Sunday Times.

Shane graduated from TCD in 2010 with a Masters in Law.
